Ask before buying
Venue rules can change what you are allowed to bring, serve, return, or store.
- Is outside alcohol allowed?
- Is there corkage or a licensed bartender requirement?
- Can unopened bottles be returned or removed after the event?
Plan the non-alcohol items
The alcohol estimate is only one part of the bar setup.
- Water and soft drinks.
- Ice, cups, glassware, and napkins.
- Mixers, garnishes, and alcohol-free alternatives.
